One of my favorite foods to make in the kitchen is eggs. I'm still perfecting my technique but I think I'm really starting to get it. Below I have a fired egg and avocado on toast. It was so yummy and I recently discovered that you can freeze sliced avocados for later. Might give that a try some time.
