After Easter Meal

After Easter we always have left over ham. I don't know about you but I get sick of eating just ham and mustard sandwiches. So my new thing is to fry an egg and leave the yoke runny, toast bread, and then fry up some cold ham like Canadian bacon. Finishing it off with some salt and pepper, so yummy and not to bad for you. Only thing that could make it better some fruit on the side like strawberries, pineapples and grapes. This is one of the few things that I make well in the kitchen.

Easter Egg Hunt in Kensington

This East was fabulous we went to Easter Sunday service for the first time in forever. We usually go to Easter vigil since that is the first Easter service plus its such an interesting service b/c it starts in darkness then half way through turns into full blown Easter with the flowers. But this year was great we set up an Easter egg hunt for the children of the church and they had a blast finding the eggs. The Easter bunny was also pretty good to me and I got these sweet metallic topsiders.
