I Did It!

I'm happy to report that I finished the 3 day fruit cleanse. No cheating at all, I can't believe that I did it! The first day I didn't think it would be possible, and during my food prep job there were so many temptations. I now know that I can do anything for three days, today I feel happy and content not craving crazy foods like I thought I would. By first foods back were a small cup of coffee with light cream and some agave to slightly sweeten it, and to eat two Trader Joe's cinnamon sugar graham crackers. I'm surprisingly not that hungry. Now to figure out what to have for lunch and dinner.

For my photos today I have chosen the ones that I had taken in San Fran on the way home from Hawaii, we did a whirl wind tour of the city and I can't wait to go back. For more information on the Howard Street House please visit Brian Goggin's Website the artist that created the mural.

Day 2 of fruit cleanse

Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T

I must be stuck in a post Hawaii hangover, I'm planning to visit again asap there is no place like it maybe moving down there would be a good option for me. It seems strange to me that a month of go the family was all there, it has been so cold it seems like a dream. This picture is from the poi fields in Hawaii and made me think that I would probably be able to eat poi if I liked the way it tasted. But I didn't try it while there. Today has been a lot better not so hungry and not craving other foods as much. Eating avocado earlier in the day really seems to help, the cravings for the carbs seem to come from a need for protein. So I'm more then half way done and I can totally manage this. I'm so surprised that I have made it this far. Well that's all for to night kind of sleepy after a busy day of work x2 and yoga.

Day 1 of fruit cleanse for 40 day yoga

So far I have completed my first day. It has been a little challenging, it makes me hungry all the time. Today I ate a ton of pineapple, grapes, melon, for breakfast. Lunch smoothie with coconut oil, oranges, pineapple and banana. Followed with two raw bananas, and two clementines. Dinner avocado with roasted peppers, and tomato. For a side dish pineapple, Mellon, and grapes. For dessert a baked banana with coconut butter on top. Before bed a Clementine and I'm still starving again. Hopefully tomorrow will be better, you can do anything for three days.
