I had found this sandwich in Southern Living and I thought it sounded so good. So this was my attempt on this grilled sandwich. Here is the link to the Recipe I was also thinking it would taste good with brie cheese and spinach instead of watercress or arugula. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
